J U D G M E N T

(Judgement of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the first respondent states that the disputes between the husband and wife which ultimately gave rise to the present proceedings, stand settled before the US Court and nothing survives in the appeals.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he is not able to obtain instructions, as his communication has been returned back.

3. We thus dispose of the Original Side Appeals as infructuous, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

4. List the case in C.S.No.489 of 2011 before this Court on 06.10.2016, as in view of what has been stated by the learned counsel for the respondent, the suit has to be withdrawn.
