ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner/defacto complainant in Crime No.381 of 2021 for offences under Sections 120(b), 307 I.P.C., 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act filed this petition seeking direction directing the 2nd respondent to alter the F.I.R. and also including the accused. Despite the petitioner informed the specific overtact against P.Rajesh and Suraj, no action initiated against them and they are not arrayed as accused. In view of the same, the petitioner sent a representation. Hence, this petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation was received and investigation is in progress. During investigation, the contention of the petitioner would be considered and if materials found against P.Rajesh and Suraj, they would be arrayed as accused.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
