The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents herein from laying or extending of any road by encroaching the petitioner's patta land comprised in S.Nos.52/8, 80/3 and 80/4 situated at Mettu Edayampatti Village, Vellore District and direct the respondents to utilise the Government Poromboke Land available just opposite to the petitioner's patta land.
