Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 31.05.2023 to till date and the investigation is almost completed.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 17.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10520 of 2023, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, weekly twice on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
