ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 23.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1439 of 2024, thereby directing the respondents to comply with the orders passed in W.P.(MD) No.27630 of 2023, dated 30.11.2023, within a stipulated time therein.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent passed an order on 24.09.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 24.09.2024 passed by the second respondent, before this Court. 3.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
