ORDER
The writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 03.09.2024, and the consequential letter of the 2nd respondent dated 11.04.2025.
The case of the petitioner is that, by virtue of impugned proceedings dated 03.09.2024 and its consequential impugned letter dated 11.04.2025, the respondents have not considered the spirit of PSTM and the above impugned orders are in contravention to the Judgment of the learned single Judge passed in W.A.No.1481 of 2021 dated 17.11.2021. Hence prays to quash the same.
Mr.C.Jaya Prakash, learned Government Advocate who takes
notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would contend that the impugned order is not addressed to the petitioner. It is only an inter-office communication and no final order has been passed. In such view of the matter, the petitioner has no locus standi to file the present writ petition. 4.
Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 5.
As rightly contended by the learned Government Advocate, the impugned orders are not addressed to the petitioner. Apart from that, in pursuance to the impugned orders, no order has been passed by the respondents 3 and 4 against the petitioner. In such view of the matter, this Court do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned orders. In the result, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as devoid of merits. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 13.06.2025 (5/5) veda Index:Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order C.KUMARAPPAN, J.
