ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.5(b) on the petitioners directing them to appear before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by an order dated 29.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No. 11057 of 2026. 2.Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and the petitioners had complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11057 of 2026, dated 29.04.2026 without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the aforesaid condition imposed by this Court on the petitioners in toto.
