This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry and register case against Selvam for the complaint given on 24.09.2018 vide C.S.R.No.446 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
