The petitioner has filed this petition to call for the records pertaining to the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.20144/E4/2014, dated 16.06.2014 and quash the same as ultra virus and further directed the first respondent to register the petitioner vehicle LMV, Mahindra Mximo (7 + 1 Seater) (Engine No.MCE6A10686 & Chasis No.MA1FCMCRE6A37495) and grant permission to the petitioner to operate the said vehicle as tourist/passenger vehicle.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
