This petition is filed to relax the bail condition of reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that, the petitioner is complying with the condition from 25.05.2023 to 24.06.2023 and thereafter, he is not complying with the condition. Hence, this petitioner is presented on 26.06.2023. Probably, the petitioner might have filing the relaxation petition is sufficient to abstain reporting from the Investigating Officer.

3.In any event, since it is stated that investigation is completed and final report filed and the same was taken on file by the Special Court for POCSO Cases, Thiruvannamalai in Spl.C.C.No.83 of 2022, the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to that effect, the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders and on the date of hearing. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
