ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.07.2021 for the offences under Sections 4(i)(a) r/w4(1-A) of T.N.P. Act in Crime No.509 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in possession of 32 botles each containing 180 ml brandy . Hence the complainant.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there was 18 previous cases pending against the petitioner which are similar in nature. He further submits that earlier this Court dismissed the bail application for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18061 of 2021 dated 29.09.2021. there is no change of circumstancesHence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there are 18 previous cases pending against the petitioner and the previous bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
