ORDER

Mr.D.R.Arun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for TANGEDCO would submit that pursuant to the direction of this Court vide its order dated 12.09.2023 in W.P.No.26554 of 2023, directing the TANGEDCO to adjust its liability of Rs.9,30,311/- which the TANGEDCO owes to the petitioner for supply of surplus electricity by the petitioner, the same has been adjusted in 08/2024 month CC bills of the petitioner, and the order of this Court has been complied with. The said statement is recorded. He also produced before the Court the proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 27.09.2024, confirming 2/4

the same.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives and contempt petition is closed. No costs.
