writ petition in WP.No.28818 of 2015 has been filed challenging the notice of the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.A2/148/2014 dated 27.12.2014 and also Na.Ka.A2/148/2014-1 dated 18.08.2015; and the writ petition in WP.No.14845 of 2016 has been filed challenging the undated Audit Report for the Financial Year 20132014 and undated and unsigned alleged Audit Report for the Financial Year 2014-2015 of the 5th respondent and to direct the Assistant Director of Audit (Rural Development) of neighboring or any other District to conduct the Audit of the Accounts of Thiyagarajapuram Village Panchayat for the financial years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 in the petitioner's presence in accordance with the provisions of the Tamilnadu Panchayats (Issue and Disposal of Audit Report of Village Panchayats) Rules 2000.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the prayers sought for in these writ petitions have become infructuous. 3.
