This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.20066 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16437 of 2023 dated 02.01.2024.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to comply with the earlier condition ie., petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice ie., on first and last working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
