ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.6693 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.7040 of 2025, dated 04.04.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m until further orders is relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
