ORDER

This Civil Revision petition has been filed by the husband challenging the order dated 06.02.2025 made in MP No.1800 of 2024 in MC No.265 of 2024 on the file IVth Additional Principal Family Court at Chennai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent wife has made an endorsement in the Court records which reads as follows:

"I hereby withdraw the M.P. No.1800 of 2024 in M.C.No.265 of 2024. It is not existed till on this 12.09.2025." 3.The learned counsel appearing for the Revision petitioner has not disputed for the same.

4.It is also brought to the notice of the Court that the case in M.C. No.265 of 2024 is also withdrawn and the same was dismissed as withdrawn by the Court below by order dated 17.06.2025.

5. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and the same has become infructuous.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected C.M.Ps. is closed. 12-09-2025 Lbm Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes;
