This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.20079 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16092 of 2023 dated 22.12.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in two months at 10.00 a.m., for a period of six months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
