Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to forward the complaint dated 25.09.2015 given by the petitioner herein to the third respondent and direct the third respondent herein to register an FIR and enquire into the matter and trace the records Exs.A1 to A6 filed in O.S.No.12 of 1996 on the file of the District Munsif, Chengalpattu and forward the same to this Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to forward the complaint dated 25.09.2015 given by the petitioner to the third respondent and consequently, directing the third respondent to register a FIR, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
trace out the records viz., Exs.A1 to A6 filed in O.S.No.12 of 1996 on the file of the District Munsif, Chengalpattu and forward the same to this Court.
2.Today, when this writ petition is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Counsel appearing for the third respondent that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 25.09.2015, a FIR in Crime No.68 of 2016 was registered and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.Recording the statement so made by the learned Government Counsel appearing for the third respondent, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
