ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11510 of 2025 vide order dated 29.04.2025 thereby directing that the petitioner shall report before II Additional Special Court for NDPS Act cases at Chennai everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed.
