The petition is filed to condone the delay of 950 days in filing the restoration petition in SA.No.1510 of 1993.

2. Considering the fact that no counter has been filed by the respondents and adequate reasons have been given by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to remove the name of Mr.N.Damodaran who has earlier entered appearance for the appellant and print the name of Mr.R.Rajarajan for the appellant.
