This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7376 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed and it is not taken on file.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7376 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023, is relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
