The suit has been filed seeking to declare a notice dated 12.11.2020 addressed by the second defendant as null and void and also for a consequential permanent injunction restraining both the 1st and 2nd defendants from acting in pursuance to the said notice dated 12.11.2020. The present application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit.

2.In the plaint, it had been stated that part cause of action for institution of the suit had arisen in Chennai and under Clause 23 of an agreement dated 18.02.2020 between the plaintiff and the second defendant, in the parties had agreed that disputes shall be agitated in Courts within the jurisdiction of Chennai. 3.It is also stated that the 1st defendant has a branch office at Nungambakkam within the territorial jurisdiction of the Court. 4.It is under these circumstances that leave to sue is sought. Leave to sue is granted.
