This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10141 of 2025, dated 23.04.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the C2 Race Course Police Station, Coimbatore everyday at 10.30 a.m., except the hearing dates and before the trial court on all hearing dates.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition.

3. Considering the above submissions and the nature of offence, the condition 9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10141 of 2025, dated 23.04.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
