Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Declaration , declaring the act of the 4th repsondent in terminating the petitioner from service from 19.09.2013 as computer Assistant and the further action of the 3rd respondent in rejecting the petitioner's petition made vide request No.AA/14/01426 dated 17.02.2014 as Null and Void and thereby direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service as Computer Assistant under the 4th respondent with all consequential monetary and service benefits including the claim of appointment in the permanent post pursuant to the proceedings of the respondents 1 and 2 for appointment of temporary and consolidated pay of Computer Assistants in the time scale of pay of Rs.5200-20200+G.P.2000 in the newly sanctioned 801 posts of Computer Assistants in the posts equal to the post of Junior Assistants within the time frame fixed by this Court.
