Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Letter No.May.PA.PO/Na Mi Pa Va/Na/U Say Po/U.Po2/Div/KoThani/No.1290/2014, dated 21.11.2014 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same, consequently direct the first respondent to withdraw and disconnect the electricity connection provided to the second respondent in respect of the subject land in Survey No.479, in Agrahara Mettupatti Village within the Sub Registration District of Mohanur and Registration District of Namakkal, Namakal Taluk and District.
