This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the dismissal of the petitioner's application in I.A.No.2160 of 2012 in O.S.No.534 of 2011 dated 25.04.2013 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Alandur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the suit has been disposed of by the trial court and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he undertakes to send an e-mail to that effect.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
