The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First and Second Respondents to consider the representation dated 08.01.2019 made by the Petitioner and consequently survey the land and issue separate patta in favour of the Petitioner.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that pursuant to the aforesaid representation made by the Petitioner, inspection of the property has been fixed at 10.00 a.m. on 24.08.2019 and a copy of the notice dated 16.08.2019 issued by the Second Respondent in that regard has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent events. If the Petitioner still has any grievance upon the outcome of the proposed inspection, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
