(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.09.2020 for the offence punishable under Section 409, 420, 471, 468 IPC and 43, 66(C) of I.T.Act 2000, in Crime No.2 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous as the petitioners have been granted bail by the Lower Court under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C.

3.In view of the above submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
