This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioners were directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- each to the credit of C.C.No.02 of 2022, imposed by this Court, dated 07.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered to the effect that the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- each (Rupees Four Lakhs) to the credit of C.C.No.02 of 2022 before the trial Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact.
