Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relevant to the order in Na.Ka.1681/2017/E1 dated 22.09.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the petitioner as Manager of the 3rd respondent Society as senior most person.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to call for the records relevant to the order in Na.Ka.1681/2017/E1 dated 22.09.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the petitioner as Manager of the 3rd respondent Society as senior most person.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the Writ Petition has been filed challenging the promotion of the 4th respondent, however, without going into the merits of the case it would be suffice to issue direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 21.07.2018 within a reasonable time fixed by this Court in accordance with law.

3. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 21.07.2018, if not disposed already within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
