5. Pushpalatha Respondents Prayer:- This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, for the relief of early disposal of EP.No.73 of 2019 in OS.No.85 of 2011, on the file of the II Additional District Judge of Tiruvallur, at Poonamallee.

ORDER

1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, for the relief of early disposal of EP.No.73 of 2019 in OS.No.85 of 2011, on the file of the II Additional District Judge of Tiruvallur, at Poonamallee.

2. This court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. As against the judgement and decree granted in OS.No.85 of 2011, one of the Defendants, Jayanthi has preferred AS.No.683 of 2014 and it was dismissed on 23.04.2019. Aggrieved against the said order, the said defendant has preferred SLP.No.18338 of 2019 and that was dismissed on RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

CRP(PD)No.2030 of 2020 Srcm 9.8.2019 and thereafter, she has also filed a Review Petition Diary No.34676 of 2019 before the Apex Court and that was also dismissed on 19.11.2019. It appears that another defendant in the suit has preferred ASSR.No.122276 of 2019 along with a petition to condone the delay and the said application was considered and ASSR was rejected by the Division Bench of this Court on 6.1.2020. Aggrieved against that order, the said defendant has preferred SLP.No.8948 of 2020 and the same was also dismissed by the Apex Court on 4.8.2020. Hence, this Court finds that no case is pending before any of the High Courts or the Apex Court. Therefore, the Execution Court is directed to complete the execution proceedings, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
