ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police was on regular checkup they found that the petitioner has stolen copper cables. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner had stolen copper cable wires and there are seven previous against the petitioner which are similar in nature. He further submits that in this case the Crime number has been assigned as Cr.No.3 of 2021 for the offence under Section 3a of Railway Protection Act. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by both counsel and also the fact that there are seven previous cases against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to accede to the prayer as sought for by the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail sought for cannot be granted and this petition is dismissed.
