2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of a patta in respect of the petition mentioned land in favour of the third party. Hence, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner only sought the speedy disposal of the appeal filed by him.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, I direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law, after putting all the necessary parties on notice, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
