Mr.S.Rajasekar Order In terms of the order passed by the Supreme Court in S.L.P.No.10443 of 2025 dated 25.05.2026, the petition has been rendered infructuous.

2. Registry is directed to strictly comply with the orders passed by the

Supreme Court and release the Passport of the father and child to Prasanna Sankaranarayanan. He shall deposit the Passport of the child immediately on the return to the Country.

3. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
