Application No.83 of 2025, in view of the material change in circumstances subsequent thereto, and permit the petitioner to retrieve his passport bearing No. Z7774602 and collect the passport of the minor Child, Master Amar Sashi, bearing US Passport No. A80375895, from the United States Consulate at Chennai, and permit the petitioner to travel along with the minor Child to Bangkok, Thailand during the summer vacation period, subject to such undertakings and conditions. Mr.S.Rajasekar Order In terms of the order passed by the Supreme Court in S.L.P.No.10443 of 2025 dated 25.05.2026, the petition has been rendered infructuous.

2. Registry is directed to strictly comply with the orders passed by the

Supreme Court and release the Passport of the father and child to Prasanna Sankaranarayanan. He shall deposit the Passport of the child immediately on the return to the Country.

3. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
