This petition is filed to condone the delay of 59 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 11.04.2019 made in O.P.No.745 of 2017.
2. Mr.Ravichandran Sundaresan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 13.
3. Though the respondents 14 to 16 are served with notices, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.
4. Heard both parties.
5. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 13 has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.
6. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.
7. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
