02.05.2022 of Respondent No.1 within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner's grievance in this writ petition is that despite the completion of the enquiry proceedings in respect of Disciplinary Proceedings initiated against him by the third respondent, till date no final orders have been passed. It is also contended by the petitioner that the Enquiry Officer has already submitted his report to the first respondent on 18.04.2022. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the third respondent (Disciplinary Authority) to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2/5

2. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent (Disciplinary Authority) to pass final orders in respect of the Disciplinary Proceedings initiated against the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
