This Court, by common order dated 25.03.2019, allowed both the above said revision petitions on payment of cost, with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.27 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2.The learned Subordinate Judge, Bhavani, by way of letter dated 28.08.2020, addressed to the Registry informed that due to lockdown because of pandemic Covid-19 situation, he could not comply with the order of this Court dated 25.03.2019, directing to dispose of A.S.No.27 of 2010. At request of the learned Subordinate Judge, Bhavani, seeking extension of time to dispose of the appeal, these revision petitions were listed before this Court for appropriate orders.

3.I have gone through the above said letter.

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further six months time is granted to dispose of the appeal. 01.10.2020 gsa 2/3
