ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to issue call letters for the recruitment of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Assistant Agriculture Officer pursuant to the circular dated 11.09.2013, to the petitioners, based on the representations dated 13.11.2013 and 19.11.2013.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that the issue involved herein is related to the year 2013 and due to efflux of time, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
