ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 3rd respondent to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate in respect of Doc.No.572 of 2020, dated 22-05-2020 and Doc.No.678 of 2020, dated 12-06-2020, on the file of Sub Registrar office Joint-II, Tindivanam, based on my complaint dated 16.09.2025 2.
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the complaint dated 16.09.2025 lodged by the petitioner seeking non traceable certificate on his missing documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is also made clear that the petitioner shall cooperate with the third respondent for enquiry. 3.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
