O R D E R

This Petition has been filed for disposing the E.P.No.11 of 2019 pending on the file of District Judge cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nilgiris within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that Arbitration Award was passed against the Respondent in A.C.P.No.4 of 2018 on 03.12.2018. The Petitioner filed E.P.No.11 of 2019 for attachment and sale of the immovable property as detailed in the Execution Petition for realizing the award amount. This Petition is pending for enquiry from 23.02.2021. Therefore, he prayed for a direction for disposal of the E.P.No.11 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer and also the Execution Petition is pending for recovery of amount awarded in the arbitration from 2019, the Learned District Judge cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nilgiris is directed to dispose the E.P.No.11 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
