Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for all records on the file of the Chairman-Cum-Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Kilpauk, Chennai-10, the 2nd respondent herein vide his proceedings No.Rc.No.H2/128240/2002-XIV dated 17.10.2002 and the Senior Regional Manager, Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam District, the 3rd respondent herein in his proceedings Rc.No.E2/3316/2001 dated 22.10.2002 and quash the same and insofar as the petitioner is concerned as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, being violative of rules and principles of Natural Justice and thereby direct the respondents to continue the service of the petitioner as Assistant Quality Inspector by regularizing the services from the date of initial appointment dated 07.12.1981 with all consequential monetary and service benefits.

Mr.S.Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.

2. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the endorsement made in the Court bundle, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
