Today when these petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and made a submission that the suit pertains to these revision petitions has been dismissed for default on 17.02.2015 itself and hence the relief sought for by the petitioner in these petitions has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement in this regard.
3. Hence, in view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
