ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Priya aged 17 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 for production of the minor detenue. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The detenue is present today. On enquiry, she told us that she is not in the illegal custody of anybody. She, being a major, has expressed her willingness to go with the 3rd respondent. She has further informed us that after attaining the majority, she got married.
3. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this matter and this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly setting the detenue at liberty.
