Petition praying that in the circumstances stated there in and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.RC.NOS.1037 & 1082 OF 2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to (i)exempt the petitioner from surrendering in C.C.No.272/2016 dated 20.08.2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore.(IN CRL.MP.No.7206 OF 2020) (ii)give exemption for surrendering the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court II, Coimbatore in CC.No.272/2016. In view of the order passed in the suspension petitions, there is no necessity to pass order in the exemption petitions. Hence these petitions stand dismissed.
