ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2, police to take action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.05.2026 and to provide sufficient police protection for the purpose of preventing the illegal trespass by the third respondent and his agents into the petitioner's property situated at Nathapalayam, Mulanur, Dharapuram Taluk.
2. Without expressing anything on the merit of the writ petition, the complaint lodged by the petitioner seeking police protection is pending on the file of the second respondent and as such the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the respondents 1 and 3 are at liberty to produce the pendency of the civil suits before the second respondent.
3. The second respondent is directed to bear in mind about the civil suits already pending between the petitioner and the third respondent herein in respect of the very same property.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of. No costs.
