Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent university to declare the petitioners having Registration Nos.52091732 and 52091654 as Pass in the subjects General Medicine and Obstetrics Gynaecology & Family Welfare in the final year MBBS course by applying the Regulation dated 15.11.2012 passed by the Standing Academic Board of the respondent university.

C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to direct the respondents university to declare the petitioners having Registration Nos.52091732 and 52091654 as Pass in the subjects General Medicine and Obstetrics Gynaecology & Family Welfare in the final year MBBS course by applying the Regulation dated 15.11.2012 passed by the Standing Academic Board of the respondent university.
2. According to the petitioners, the prayer sought for in these writ petitions is now become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. The learned counsel for the petitioners has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
3. Recording the submissions and the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
