This petition is filed under 439(1)(b) Cr.P.C. for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court, by order dated 18.04.2023, in Crl.A. No.267/2023 dated, in and by which bail was granted to the present petitioner on certain conditions. One of the conditions is that, the appellant should stay at Ramanathapuram, and report before the Sikkal Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, on the first day of every week at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. Mr.P. Parthiban, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the present petitioner is the only bread winner of his family and therefore, he prayed for relaxation of the abovesaid condition imposed by this court.
3. Mr. S. Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent contended that since the investigation has not been completed, the present the petition may be dismissed. 1/3

It is seen from the records that the present petitioner has been reporting before the Sikkal Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, on the first day of every week at 10.30 am and this has not been disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. However, the investigation is still pending. In the facts and circumstances, the appellant is directed to appear before E4 Kattur Police Station on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am and sign until further orders. 24.07.2023 bga 2/3
