This petition has been filed to Relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the trial court i.e., learned XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m.

and 05.30 p.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.10444/2023 dated 05.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
