This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the conditions that "(b) the petitioner shall stay at Yanam and report before the Station House Officer, Yanam Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.8318 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor(Pondy) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
