This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5062 of 2023 on 27.03.2023 to report before the learned XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, on all working days, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the trial court on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., and on all further hearing dates, until further orders.
